Inner-city terrace reimagined with refined design and seamless flow

This project involved the full transformation of a classic inner-city terrace into a refined contemporary residence, blending modern luxury with timeless architectural character. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed to enhance liveability, functionality, and design integrity.

• Design & Planning:
Working closely with our client, our in-house team of builder, civil engineer, and interior designer reimagined the existing layout to maximise natural light and create an open, seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

• Structural & Spatial Reconfiguration:
Internal walls were reconfigured to achieve an open-plan living and dining area, complemented by a state-of-the-art kitchen and new bathrooms. The renovation also incorporated upgraded services, insulation, and high-performance glazing to improve comfort and efficiency.

• Finishes & Detailing:
Premium oak flooring, marble benchtops, and bespoke joinery were integrated throughout, reflecting a minimalist yet sophisticated aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors extend the living area to a landscaped courtyard with built-in bench seating and a BBQ area — perfect for relaxed entertaining.
